Another Golden Opportunity for Raa Atoll Teachers.
A team from NIIT, an Indian IT company, visited Raa Teacher Resource Centre as well as Raa AEC on Saturday 23rd April. The purpose of the visit was to do a Training Need Analysis (TNA) for the ICT training program which is scheduled to launch on the 1st of June. They will conduct targeted training programs for the teachers across the island schools. 4 delegates from NIIT accompanied by the head of CCE, Mr. Adam Shareef, spent two days in Meedhoo in preparation for the program. More than 35 teachers from RAEC participated in the need analysis meeting which was conducted at Raa TRC.
